Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jentry Day Ceramics! We take great care in packaging each handcrafted piece to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Fragile Items & Packaging Each ceramic piece is handcrafted and inherently fragile. We carefully wrap and pack every order with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, please handle your package with care upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, we recommend photographing it before opening.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find the best resolution.
